Everything Houston homeowners need to know about our turnkey holiday lighting service.
Do I own the lights, or is this a turnkey rental and storage service?+
Our service is 100% turnkey white-glove leasing. We provide the custom-cut lights, fasteners, extension cords, and automatic timers, then carefully remove and store everything in January.
When should I reserve my installation date?+
Reservations open from August through October. Prime November dates fill quickly, and early installations can be timed to turn on whenever your family begins the season.
What if a bulb burns out or storm winds knock a strand loose?+
Season-long maintenance is included. If a bulb flickers, a clip loosens, or wind shifts a line, call or text us and a crew will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
How does the post-season takedown work?+
Takedowns begin in early January. We carefully disassemble, inspect, label, and pack every strand for storage in our local facility.
